Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:

- Attend scheduled sessions punctually and prepared
- Actively participate in the coaching process
- Complete agreed-upon actions and exercises between sessions
- Communicate openly and honestly with your coach
- Respect the professional boundaries of the coaching relationship
- Make timely payments for services rendered

- Maintain strict confidentiality of client information
- Deliver services with integrity, respect, and professionalism
- Provide a safe and supportive coaching environment
- Respect client autonomy and decision-making
- Maintain appropriate professional boundaries
- Continuously develop our skills and knowledge
Payment Terms
Fees and Payment
- Coaching fees are agreed upon before services commence
- Payment is due as specified in your coaching agreement
- We accept payments by bank transfer, card, or other agreed methods
- All prices include VAT where applicable
Refunds and Cancellations
- Cancellations with 24 hours' notice will not be charged
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur full session charges
- Refunds for prepaid packages are subject to our refund policy
- No-shows will be charged the full session fee
Scheduling and Rescheduling
- Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement
- Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance
- We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances
- Missed sessions without adequate notice may result in forfeiture of session fees
- Online sessions require stable internet connection from both parties
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, subject to the following exceptions:
- Where disclosure is required by law
- Where there is risk of serious harm to yourself or others
- Where you provide written consent for disclosure
- For supervision and professional development purposes (anonymised)
Clients are expected to respect the confidentiality of other clients and coaching processes.
Limitations and Disclaimers
Nature of Coaching
Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health conditions. If you require therapeutic intervention, we will refer you to appropriate professionals.
Results Disclaimer
While we are committed to supporting your goals, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Success depends on various factors including your commitment, circumstances, and external variables beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from our services.
Termination
Either party may terminate the coaching relationship with appropriate notice:
- Clients may terminate at any time with written notice
- We may terminate if terms are breached or for professional reasons
- Termination notice should be given at least 48 hours in advance
- Outstanding fees remain due upon termination
- Refunds for unused prepaid sessions are subject to our refund policy
Intellectual Property
All coaching materials, resources, and content provided by Journey Life Hacks remain our intellectual property. Clients may:
- Use materials for personal development purposes
- Not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise our materials
- Not share login credentials or proprietary resources
- Respect copyright and trademark protections
Website Use
When using our website, you agree to:
- Use the site for lawful purposes only
- Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems
- Not transmit harmful or malicious content
- Respect other users and maintain appropriate conduct
